By law mortgage lenders are required to make Key Facts Sheet available to you (upon request) for their mortgage loan products. The key facts sheet allows you to compare loan features across a range of mortgage institutions. The sheet set out the pricing and other information for standard home loan products in a consistent format, allowing you to easily compare different home loans.

Key Fact Sheet are based on variable and fixed rates with standard loan terms. Please note it is not a quote nor an offer for finance.

It will however contain information about interest rates, cost of the loan and monthly repayments.
