David White

David commenced a career in banking in the 1980’s, and in 2003 was one of the founding directors of a large national non-bank lender, Australian First Mortgage. This business successfully operated in 6 locations throughout Australia and held accreditations with large national and international wholesale lenders.

David’s experience spans across a wide range of banking services and skills. These areas include operations, wholesale funding and account management, credit and risk, as well as arrears and portfolio management.

David’s ability to manage is an integral part of his success in business. His expertise includes lending, funding and financial strategy. A keen networker, David has a down to earth approach to business as a Director and thrives on empowering high performing teams to continue to excel.

Relationships within the industry sees David liaising with lenders, mortgage insurers, solicitors, credit report agencies and valuers. David currently owns and manages a successful mortgage broking business, serving a growing number of borrowers Australia wide.

Tanya White

Tanya’s career commenced in merchant banking in 1989. She then joined the legal industry whilst studying a law degree. In, 1998 she commenced employment in the finance industry and then in 2003, Tanya with business partners founded Australian First Mortgage, a national non-bank lender, which was sold in 2015 and at that time had a loan book in excess of $2bn.

In 2011, Tanya and her business partners due to the needs of their growing business investigated and then embarked upon business opportunities offshore, predominantly in Manila in the Philippines.

Tanya’s collaborative approach to business, from startup phase to being fully operational gives her a complete understanding of all areas of business and building growth. Her areas of expertise include corporate governance, compliance, credit, lending, settlements and sales.
